1. Please check that the battery is fully charged.
  2. You may check the battery level by pressing the test button at the front of your battery.
  3. Please check that the battery is fully inserted.
  4. When the battery is fully inserted you should hear a definitive click.

Also, check the functioning of your charger. It should warm up your battery during charging.
