How to find your model number
It can be a bit confusing finding your model number as there are several other numbers and names also located on your product. We hope this article clears any misconceptions and helps you locate your model number.
The first thing to note is that your model number will always begin with a letter.
Secondly, you need to know where to look. The model number is located on the manual, the original packaging, and the sticker located on the machine.
If you are still unsure, find your product through our spare parts page. Here you can find models with a similar model number to your own. This gives you examples of what you may need to look out for. Alternatively, you can find your product directly. To access our spare parts menu click here.
Important! To enable us to troubleshoot your product we will require your model number. Without your model number, we might not be able to provide support.1. The Model Number can be found on either the front or the back page of the manual.

How to locate the serial number on your product
It can be a bit confusing finding your serial number as there are several other numbers and names also located on your product. We hope this article clears any misconceptions and helps you locate your serial number.
Serial numbers will always be located on a sticker on your product. In some cases the serial number will be labelled with the letters S/N. The serial number will never contain any letters and is only ever limited to numbers.
