TABLE OF CONTENTS
Front wheels:
Remove wheel trim/hub-cap:
- Always start by levering off the wheel trim / hub-cap (labelled 77 in image below).
- Use a flat-head screw driver or similar tool.
- It might be a bit stiff, but it will come off with enough leverage, and if you try in multiple locations around the trim.
Remove the nut, washer and circlip:
- With a wrench/spanner, loosen and remove the nut (47).
- Take off the washer (48).
- The whole wheel should now come off.
- Be mindful of the two bearings on the inside of the wheel (49).
To re-mantle the wheels, do the same, but in reverse order.
^This is a diagram for the XSZ41D, but it also applies to other models.
Rear wheels (XSZ41D, XSZ51C and similar):
Remove the trim / hub-cap, as described above.
Then:

- Take the wheel off, being mindful of the bearings (49), the cog (58) and dust cover (51).
- Take the circlips (52) off with rat-nose pliers.
- This frees up the cog (58) which is on the axle.
Re-mantle the same way but in reverse.
