This article explains how to correctly assemble the handles on your electric lawnmower.
⚠️ Safety Notice
Ensure the lawnmower is switched off and disconnected from the power supply before attempting assembly.
Important Information
Assembly methods may vary depending on the model. The most common issue occurs with the quick-release clamps located midway down the handle, where the upper and lower handles connect.
Please ensure all parts are assembled in the correct order before tightening.
Assembling the Quick-Release Handle Clamps
- Insert the bolt from the inside of the handle frame. The bolt head should sit on the inside.
- Place a washer on the outside of the handle so it sits flush against the frame.
- Screw the quick-release clamp lever onto the bolt thread.
- Tighten until secure, then press the lever down to lock it in place.
- Repeat for the opposite side if required.
Lower Handle Assembly
In some models, the lower handles slot into position and are secured with screws.
- Ensure the handle sections are fully inserted into the mounting points.
- Some force may be required for correct alignment.
- Once in place, secure using the provided screws.
