Before You Begin

Steps
1. Download the CloudHawk App
- Download the CloudHawk app from your device's app store.
- Open the app.
- Read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Tap Get Started.
2. Create a CloudHawk Account
- Tap Register.
- Enter your email address.
- Tap Send Code.
- Enter the verification code sent to your email.
- Create and confirm your password.
- Tap Next.
3. Verify Your Email Address
- Open the verification email.
- Select the verification link to activate your account.
- If you cannot find the email, check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Select your country.
- Enter a username.
4. Allow App Permissions
The CloudHawk app requires several permissions to communicate with your mower.
- Allow the app to find and connect to nearby Bluetooth devices.
- Allow Location Services when prompted.
- Allow camera access if you want to scan the mower's QR code.
Once all permissions have been granted, the app is ready to connect to your MB400.
5. Add Your MB400 Robot Lawnmower
- Tap the + icon.
- Select Bluetooth.
- Enter the mower's serial number or tap the QR code icon to scan it.
- Ensure Bluetooth and Location Services are enabled on your phone.
- Tap Continue.
- Turn on the mower using the key on the rear of the machine.
- Tap Search.
- Select your MB400 when it appears.
- Wait for the pairing confirmation.
Once connected:
- Your mower will appear under My Devices.
- A green indicator confirms the mower is online.
- Tap the mower image to open the control screen.
6. Create a Mowing Schedule
- Confirm the app displays Connected in the top-right corner.
- Select Modify Schedule.
- Tap + to add a mowing session.
- Choose a start time.
- Choose an end time.
- Repeat for each day you want the mower to operate.
You can create up to two mowing sessions per day.
- Tap Save Schedule.
- Tap the Back arrow to return to the home screen.
7. Operate the MB400
The control buttons at the bottom of the app allow you to:
- Start mowing immediately.
- Stop mowing.
- Monitor the mower's connection and operating status.
